1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using KREXUM's AI-powered financial services platform ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

KREXUM provides enterprise-grade AI infrastructure for financial services, including but not limited to:

  • Document intelligence and KYC automation
  • Credit decisioning and risk assessment
  • Conversational AI for financial services
  • Compliance automation and regulatory reporting
  • Fraud detection and prevention

3. Account Registration

To use our Services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access
  • Be a representative of a legally registered business entity

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations (including financial regulations)
  • Infringe upon intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our systems
  • Transmit malicious code or interfere with Service operations
  • Use the Services to process data without proper authorization
  • Resell or sublicense the Services without written consent

5. API Usage and Rate Limits

API access is subject to your subscription tier. Exceeding rate limits may result in throttling or temporary suspension. Enterprise customers may negotiate custom limits.

6. Data Processing

You retain ownership of all data you submit to our Services. By using the Services, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Services. We process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

7. Fees and Payment

  • Fees are based on your selected subscription tier and usage
  • All fees are invoiced monthly and due within 30 days
  • We may adjust pricing with 30 days' notice
  • Overdue payments may result in service suspension
  • No refunds for partial months or unused API calls

8. Service Level Agreement

We commit to 99.9% uptime for our production APIs. Service credits may be issued for downtime exceeding this threshold, as detailed in your enterprise agreement.

9. Intellectual Property

KREXUM retains all rights to our platform, AI models, algorithms, documentation, and branding. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary technology without written permission.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information disclosed during the course of the business relationship. This obligation survives termination of these Terms.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. KREXUM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. AI outputs are for informational purposes and should not replace professional financial advice.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KREXUM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold KREXUM harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

14. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for material breach. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases, and we will delete your data within 90 days.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Dubai under DIFC-LCIA rules.

16. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
